He specialises in business development transformation, capability uplift, and sales enablement that drive both short-term performance and long-term cultural change. Mark brings an execution focus and pragmatic approach that equips teams and leaders with the mindset, skillset, systems, and tools to operate with greater clarity, commercial and customer impact.

With over 20 years’ experience spanning higher education, technology, financial services, professional services, legal services and telecommunications, Mark has led large-scale transformation programs that embed new ways of working.

Recent flagship projects include Telstra Enterprise’s Business Technology Consulting and Predictable Pipelines transformation (impacting 1200+ BD professionals) and Monash University’s CRM-led cultural and operational BD uplift aligned to its Impact 2030 strategy. His work has resulted in stronger executive engagement, clearer operating rhythms, measurable uplift in sales confidence, and embedded strategic planning capabilities across enterprise teams.

With education spanning Bachelor of Theatre and Education at Lancaster University and postgraduate qualifications in finance, human resources, management, and project management.

He is a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner, IBM-certified in AI Foundations for Business, Executive Coach and a Master Facilitator in multiple sales, leadership and consulting methodologies. He is conversational in Spanish and has delivered projects across Australia, Europe, and the ASEAN region

  • Transformation Consulting: Holding Procsi accreditation and with over 15 years experience as a change practitioner, Mark has helped numerous large organisations plan, manage and execute change journeys, with a strong focus on resistance prevention and management, user adoption & success to meet the business goals of the change project.
